Return Policy for Team Sales

We gladly accept returns, with the exception of personalized, embroidered or screen printed merchandise. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all team sales returns. You must contact us at 1.888.241.7352 in order to make a return.
Once your return is approved, the Team Sales Department will provide a return authorization code. Please write the code on the packing slip with the merchandise when you return your items and ensure that the packing slip is placed in the box.
All returned items must be in saleable condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of the product.

When you finalize your order, you are verifying that all information is accurate. we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been approved by you and the customization has been done.
